This is an experience which I really want to share with you guys because I as a biker know how it feels when you are hand overing your loved bikes to a company for transportation. You check the rate and review and then trust on someone and go with them.
This thing happens with me lot of time. We are group of 8 friends who planned trip for Leh from Delhi. So we needed to shift our bikes from Hyderabad to Delhi. So we searched and compare and at last decided to go with Transtech. We were worried and in doubt about their service so we only opted for one way trip and told them return trip will on their performance. And guess what the bike came peacefully without any dent and before one day. We collected the bike from the Gurgaon warehouse and also met executive Mandeep(wonderful guy he is). And then we decided that for return trip we choose transtech again.
And also we met some people on trip whose bike we delivered in poor condition. So we ask them to go with Transtech and they also hand over the bikes us only. So in the end they were having a business of 8+4 bikes i.e. 12 bikes. and this is called word of mouth marketing. They provide us an excellent service for that they got 4 bikes business and our review.
Mission accomplished transtech. Will surely meet you guys soon for our next trip till then keep this standard of service.
