Transworld packers and movers are cheats. They will give you a low quote initially don’t get deceived by that. They collected 1250 as octroi charges where there is no octroi for house hold items, 250 rupees as documentation charges, 200 rupees as manager fee, 3000 for insurance. They delivered my sofa set broken. Once you give the money they will disappear and you cannot claim for your damages. If you are an existing affected customer and you call them they shout at you in Hindi and just cut off the line. All the insurance money, octroi, documentation fees you paid is utter waste. Beware of these frauds. To move from Hyderabad to Chennai they gave a quote for 17000 and finally collected around 25000 and not delivered house hold items in proper condition.
