I am a consumer here in the wider MH area and I would like to file a complait against your company - TWI.
My grieviances are -
As a consumer I feel they use unfair trade practices to settle insurance claims
They charge heftily and hidden charges for insurance
They lack integrity and transparency
I want to make sure future consumers are not grieved to the extent I have been by TWI. I compare them to other similar carriers and find their charges simply exorbitant.
Despite my repeated calls they have chosen not to answer me.
If necessary I would like to take a lawyer and have a legal proceeding against this company.
