It was my first aboard tour to swiss, they are irresponsible and for co-ordination, we have to make ten calls to follow up . because of their foolish work i got charged with two crimes in Germany. they have booked the flight after my visa duration. they said it was not a problem. but i was charged illegal entry to EU. I will never recommend them . itenaries were not as promised. No guide, we were left alone in Europe , we were charged for trains and flight.
