Travbond is the worst tourist provider don’t go through them, They are unprofessional and pathetic. First they give all false promise and get your money, Once they have your money that’s it all their promises vanishes and you are stuck with them as they already have your money.
Promise 1: They give a false commitment on hotel and booked us another one which was a bad and the worst part is for the first day they told hotel not available and asked us to book it ourselves.
Promise 2: Breakfast complimentary: At the last moment they inform that we have to pay extra for complementary breakfast.
Promise 3: False Itenary: While booking they give as all the day wise itenary but once you land they will inform that we have to book tickets separately, and arrange transportation by ourselves,
But Singapore is a beautiful country we don’t need these cheating tourism service provider we can book it ourselves and explore country is connected beautifully by Metro which is very user friendly and economic. People of Singapore are also very helpful they will be ready to offer their help without any hesitation.
