I booked a trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands with Travbond in April 2020. Owing to the pandemic, I cancelled my trip in March 2020, well before the lockdown was declared in India. Travbond team initially said they would refund the whole amount of INR62, 500/- however, when I called them a few days later they said they would not be able to refund the flight charges and asked me to contact them after a few days.
I agreed, thinking that I would still receive INR50, 000. When I contacted them a few days later in April they said due to the lockdown they are unable to refund anything. I have cancelled my trip well before the lockdown and it has been over 2 months since I sent Travbond a mail asking them to refund my money.
Their team does not respond to my email, nor calls.
Very disappointed with the way they are treating their customers.
