Worst.this travel agent is worst to the core they cheat people and take money, they don’t have responsibility to call back or reply to mails,
they are cheaters, people suggest you don’t go this travel agent.pls, they give rating by themselves creating new ids.they are one of the fraud people, they suppose to refund my Singapore trip amount its almost 1 1/2 months, am calling day and night they are least bothered to pick calls or mails, in which they haven’t booked for universal studio and we wasted complete one day waiting for there calls and mails, irresponsible people like Jyoti(she knows only to take money after that she disappears), Gaga(another fraud fellow), Sumit(fraud fellow), jeevan(second fraud guy).just imagine how much am frustrated with this travel agent to write like this.as promised that you will pay the universal studio tickets, pls pay otherwise you need to answer to my lawyer or will face consequences .
Don’t respond to the mail stating we will look into issue and come back,
instead refund the amount
