- No clear communication on payment. Too many issues. First they asked to make a payment of 30k to confirm. We paid. Asked to pay driver?10k by cash in Delhi. We paid. We asked when to pay the rest. They said they will keep us informed.
Am not sure why agreed to this.
We reached Shimla and went to Manali. All of a sudden we got a message that we need to pay the balance of?65k by cash or debit card. We said we will pay by credit card. They were really shouting at us saying how can we run the remaining tour without us paying. We shouted at them back saying why we will pay by cash and why not credit. We do not have that much cash with us. They did not agree. Next they mentioned they will arrange wifi to pay by credit card. They did not call back or did anything. Next day when travelling back from Manali to delhi they stopped the vehicle and asked us to pay?30k immediately or the vehicle will not move. The driver just stopped the vehicle and said the same in the middle of nowhere.
In he meantime they also sent a message saying we will terminate the journey in Delhi due to non-payment.
We also mentioned you make arrangement for us to pay by credit card which we will pay immediately. They said. Accepting credit card is not in their policy. But their website says something else.
I understood stranding customers in the middle of highway is in their policy. They will do anything for money.
These people are born criminals and cheating is their core principle. Absolutely no ethics or no customer care.
They stranded us on he highway with our baggage and kids.
With some help from road side dhaba guy we took another vehicle and reached delhi.
Never ever try these people. They will do anything for money.
The driver stops at only his wish in some shops due to commission. Also, stops only where he wishes and shuts us down when asked for some spots with some reason. When asked for audio in the vehicle, he said it’s not allowed in Himachal Pradesh. When asked for AC he said its government rule that it should not be ON. When insisted he said the vehicle will have too much trouble in hilly areas. When all the other vehicles can drive with AC.
There is this lady who does not fit into any human category Komal Sharma who works for this organization.
The rooms are very poorly maintained. Charges for candle light dinner but no one even cared to ask whether we need dinner or not in any hotel.
This is completely run by people who cannot even understand English. They stopped in the middle of nowhere and threatened to pay the amount by next ATM.
Better to commit suicide than to go with these AHs.
