I canceled a ticket on 19th October 2011.
They told me that refund will be deposited within 1 week.
That week still haven’t arrived.
Whenever I call, There is a guy named "Dharmender" pickup the phone from reund department. These people always says sir aaj evening tak ho jayaga or sir bus ek mail kar do.
They are just making us fool.
This is really a big Fraud compeny.
Please never ever book Ticket from Travel ChaCha.
