I had an excellent experience with TravelChacha, thanks to their coordinator Anu Arora. This was the first time that I was taking a proper planned tour and hence was apprehensive about how the tour would work, what kind of crowd would be there, which operator should I choose, etc. etc. I finally selected TravelChacha because of two reasons:
1) Reasonable Price - the price is really good, especially since the itinerary and hotels were the same as other providers such as MakeMyTrip, ThomasCook, Kesari, etc. Plus they got us add-on benefits and deals from the hotels and tours, that other similar service providers weren’t giving
2) Service - the service provided by the team was great. They calmly answered all my incessant calls and questions and saw to it that whatever I wanted was included in the trip.
We were a family of four travelling to Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. They saw to it that the itinerary made would be a good experience for all four of us across all age groups. All in all, it was great trip, mainly thanks to Anu. She is the most accommodating travel agent I have met. The only one complaint I have is that while booking our air tickets, they entered their own phone number because of which when our flight timings changed, we didn’t get a notification even from the airline as number wasn’t entered in the system. Luckily, the airline understood our problem and put us on another flight.
