After reading previous comments by other people and my own experience, it seems that "travelchacha" follows only two Policies:
Debit the money from customer’s account and then inform them that "your ticket cannot be booked and the money will be refunded"
Never refund it back
I was booking a flight ticket in Sept 2011. The money was debited but ticket was not booked and I got an email saying:
"ur ticket is not confirm due to seat are not avil on same fare.or seat is avil in high fare and fare diffrence is 2100 rs.knew tell me what to do.or cancel kar full refund kar do?.Thanks & Regards.Gaurav kumar".
Amazing thing is that they do not even have their own email.they use GMAIL for communication.
Till now, I did not get the money back.still following up with a person called "Dharmendra Singh fom Refund Deptt".
I am sure, there is something big going on inside. Not everyone can have similar issues.
! PLEASE AVOID TRAVELCHACHA!
