I have been at the receiving end of the TravelChacha, who haven’t refunded me my money. I had made a flight booking for my cousins from Guwahati to New Delhi vide Booking ID - AWISCD. A sum of Rs. 8618 was deducted from by HDFC Bank account via Order No.TCF-2011001752, which was CCAvenue. However they couldn’t process the ticket from their end due to some server issues. On 23rd of January they agreed to issue me a full refund within 2-3 working days, which they confirmed be via an email.
I have been waiting for my payment since then and have been calling them repeatedly and they assure me of a payment each time but I haven’t received any from their end so far.
