I have booked 2 flight tickets. I had to cancel those. After cancellation, it took 3 months to get my money back. I had called the customer care more than 20 times. Every time I have got the same response, that money will be refunded within 3-4 days Sometimes, I asked them to give me a call once it’s done. But never got a call back.
I have never got this much of headache in getting the flight ticket money refund.
It has caused me so much of tension. I have even started planning to file consumer case against them. They do not have a office in Bangalore, otherwise I would have gone there and banged some of them.
I would say BIG NO to travel chacha. Worst ever service I have received.
