Here’s the gist. I booked two tickets with booking references AMKLNU and AMKJGG on 23rd July 2010 with these guys. It’s been 5 days I haven’t received my tickets and need to board flights next week. The customer care doesn’t respond to first emails. The phones are not answered. You’ll get a reply if you are really patient and can pester them big time.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELCHACHA AS THE FEW BUCKS YOU MIGHT SAVE WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOARD THE FLIGHT AT ALL OR NOT.
