Worst site for travel booking. For refund details i.e accounts team, Always Dharmender picks up the call and says that the refund will get processed by today but the today never comes. We should all go to their office in Karol Bagh and sue them.
They always keep promising the refunds. The phone banking team comprised of only 1 person and there is no clear idea and update about anything.
There is no proper email to which you can escalate the things, there is no channel to whom you can give a call to. They also gave me some manager inderjeet’ number but he also does not pick his calls even after repeated sending smses.
This is a fraud company. Please never ever book your tickets through travel chacha.
