We had a very bad experience with Travelmagica. In the beginning they agreed for INR 10, 500 for our customized package(Amritsar - Dalhouse - Dharmshala - Amritsar) and asked us to pay INR 4000 on the portal. Once we made the payment, they suddenly said the package price is now INR 14, 700. When I asked for refund, they gave other reasons like refund will take 2 months and also only 35% will be refunded. As I already paid the amount, I didn’t had a choice. This was literally cheating the customers by taking advance and increasing the price without refund option. Also there was lot of confusion on the driver details. Two drivers called and told both are coming to pick us. We had lot of fear that what to do if no one coming to pick us at the airport. I was with my family and one small kid with me. There was no proper update given to us of any change. Everything was told to us in the last minute so that we should not have enough time to re-plan. We felt we were trapped in Travelmagica’s hands:-(
I would definitely not recommend Travelmagica. Instead we should have directly booked with the travels for the cab.
