We know Travel Times a decade ago and recently we went for a 12 days package Frontier Holiday Specials.We would like to share few experiences Travel times should concentrate to improve.
1.Hotel accommodation very worst - No Ac, no heater, No TV and Bed spread is not clean and Toilet is not clean.All hotels are nearly 40 km away from Railway station so we wasted many hours in travelling.
2.Food taste and quality is below average and outdoors locations they prepared in very unhygienic conditions.
3.ULA Train is an very old hired and we faced many difficulties while traveling.
a.A water line pipe has broken in our compartment so for 60 hours traveling (Amristar to Goa)no water in our toilet so we have using been using other compartment toilets.
b.Some toilets ceilings was leaking like a shower.
c.Our Side Upper berth broken and fall down 30 cm below and the coach manager said to adjust in any of available free berth.we paid rs 39500 and we have to manage.
4.We have been covered 80% places but we have to run to see the places only has an attendance marking with no leisure enjoyment because the time alloted is very less.They wasted more time in traveling in Train and Buses and it is a total planning failure by Travel Times.
5.There is no leadership supervision from Travel Times very weak and poor supervision.
6.We become very tired and sick in the middle of the tour itself because of the mismanagement by Travel Times program.
7.Unfortunately a co passenger has died when we reach Ahmedabad due to sick?
8.So totally this ula train tour is completely waste of money and time and still we have experienced lot of difficulties we faced apart from the above sited issues so Travel times should investigate this tour to improve the best.
