Hi people, I have taken 2 trips with travel triangle (Holiday Matrix) my honest experience...Kerala and Singapore was unorganised, their travel agent who booked Kerala trip Abhinav was unorganised..we were served rotten food and no action was taken for the rude behaviour and wrong house boat was given and no refund no sorry for it. And Singapore was more disgusting their consultant Shwetha who acts like a friend who loves Ur fship takes full advantage and took bribe from me for arranging a luxury trip and visa. and she left us on road without any booking. She arranged flights as per her convenience stating it’s a cheaper flight and she was least bothered about us. When I shouted at her she blamed everything on her manager...she not only took bribe from me but also asked for her brother’s job help and I did help ...I have no words to say...never ever take up trip from these people they took payment from me 3 mnts before the trip and then she was least bothered ..such are their agents ...and now tht Shwetha is playing with Priya from travel triangle.
