We booked a tour for Bhutan through Travel Triangle. The package was booked with Himavat Travel via Travel Triangle. The tour cost was 24, 300 pp. Himavat Travels had promised that they would provide a tour cum Guide, Mineral water and 3 star hotels. However on arrival, Mineral water wasn’t given, Few places were not shown to us on pretex of lack of time. The Guide never behaved like a guide and we were not even told which destination has arrived unless we asked. In Paro initially we were asked to adjust in sub standard resort but later when we protested we were given the resort as promised.
Later on our arrival as we had booked through Travel Triangle. we complained to them and asked for partial refund, Travel Triangle understood the issue and have promised in getting the refund from Himavat Travels
