Travel Triangle

Hi,

This Christmas I traveled to Manali .

I took the package from the sub-unit of Travel Triangle "Travel Vichar".

There was exponential decline in the service .

1. Hotel - We were made to stay in another Hotel which deferred from what was mentioned on the PACKAGE. The three days stay in the other hotel was pathetic.

   
   




2. No Blowers in the Hotel despite mentioning it in the package.

   
   




3. No cabs on the last day of the Trip.We have to travel last day on our own expense despite paying them the full package amount.

   
   




4. The Travel Triangle agents were not responsive in dealing with our problems. They were deaf to our challenges.

   
   




5. Promised to give a Volvo at the return of journey.

   
   

But we were given a normal bus with no heater or blower in it.

The guy ANKIT RAWAT [8826632545] was the concerned person from there end who played the dirty game.
