I had booked 5 days nights and 6 days tour to Gangtok and Darjeeling wef 21st Oct, 2019 to 26th Oct.The trip was wonderfully managed by Travel Trianle at a very reasonable price biffing to Low Budget people.The Agent Ayush was very caring man who used to call us frequently to find if we were facing any problem.The driver Pawan who served us for three days was very courteous and expert driver.
The Hotel Palri Boutique location was at a high gradient giving good scenic beauty coupled with good house keeping, hygiene and cleanliness.The Manager Ravi Thapa was a wonderful person.
We were then shifted to Darjeeling on 25th Oct, to Hotel Delight Norling Retreat.Here we faced some shortcoming.The lotion and the Shampoo bottles were found open.The intercom phone was not working.I complained to Agent Ayush who immediately instructed the Manager.The problem was addressed promptly.
In short it was a wonderful trip.Trip 2 had performed with responsibility and to the full satisfaction of customer.
