They are least bother about you and doesnt care about your trip / people.
Below mail I sent to them regarding my trip experience but they didnt bother at all to communicate clearly.
Its to bring your attention that we are facing very bad experience with travel triangle booking and communication we are receiving from travel triangle.
Due to weather situations at Guwahati and Arunachal( Fani cyclone) we had to force change our travel plan in the middle of the trip( as we reached Delhi), we were going through very tough times as we were landed in Delhi but onward flights to Guwahati were canceled. We were hoping clear guidance and care from Traveltriangle but unfortunately, we didn’t receive any help however we got only harsh replies or no communication at all( Aastha from TravelTriangle and Tapovan who was a local agent).
As we didn’t take any decision to change minds for canceling the trip, we urge travel triangle to check the situation very seriously and make arrangements for a refund of our trip.
I wish we would have booked trip with Veena world or similar who would have taken care end to end itinerary.:(
