I had enroller for membership after paying 5500 and they had promised me at least 3 star stay at
any hotel in any of the listed locations.
So I had booked through these people for a holiday and they had booked a cheap hotel,
they didnt even provide answers to my questions and didn’t respond back.
I thought I should make aware the ATTITUDE and REALITY of these people.
I had asked for booking holidays at Ooty from 13th to 16th Aug 2011. And I had requested that on 14th July (1 month ahead in time).
However, even after followup of twice a week and they "CONFIRMED" that I have got a good hotel booking, they called up and said on
12th Au (just 2 days before travel) that there are no bookings and the booking is in one of the similar hotels called "XYZ". So I said yes coz I trusted them with standards and quality as they had said it will be good,
My question 1 is,
Dont you really confirm our bookings at when you say the booking is confirmed to us?
Next let me list out salient features of your booking standards about the hotel,
Hotel had broken tiles and was uncleany and filthy. Forget about pretty ambiance, It was not even near to looks like my village bedroom.
In cold weather like ooty, hot water (that too in hotch potch) from 7AM to 9AM. Is it a pilgrimage and free offer?
Noisy road and unsleepable at night with heavy traffic.
Forget about nice breeze, it had polluted air.
A petrol bunk beside and over night sound of motora unloading petrol?
I was about to return on the same day and it was my wife who convinced me to stay back as she didn’t want to hurt me,
My question is 2 is,
When will you understand the sentiments of customer who is booking with you? Is that what you offer to your customer as customer might have spent thousand more in travel, and many other things?
Mt question no 3 is,
By booking in cheap lodges do you offer a discount to customer? When I asked about booking he said its 1100, when he heard your name he said cost
is 1700, is this "600" your disgusting discount you offer?
Please answer me all these 3 questions,
