Well we booked our hotel in Ooty through travelguru & on the description of the hotel we read that the hotel has running hot & cold water which we thought was 24 hrs hot water, Ooty being a hill station climate is pretty cold and we though for 800 odd bucks we were getting a great deal. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that this is not the case.
Upon this the receptionist of the hotel showed us their website, which clearly says Hot Water timed to suit morning needs. We were mislead by travelguru and the hotel was not at fault as travelguru failed to update the information. Next time I will check with the hotel first and then proceed as I maybe mis lead again.,
