On 27th July 2015 I booked Hotel Trimoorti in Kolkata @5000/-. When I visited hotel, it was like crap. Locality was like a slum and hotel staffs were like B movie actors.
Room which they allocated to me had leaking tap water with algae around it. AC was hardly working with a tin box like object at the corned of room called as TV.
The moment I saw the room I asked for my refund but travelguru and hotel owner had some setting and they never refunded my money. So never ever trust these cheaters.
