A badly programmed website which is prone to charging your credit card without doing the actual booking. Once this happens you have hell to pay as you need to spend countless hours talking to your credit card provider and travelguru before they can revert the charges. Simply this is the most idiotic bit of web site design I have ever seen. Stick to the more professional sites such as the airline sites. I’ve never experienced a problem there. Indigo, AirDeccan, AirSahara, JetAirways and even Indian are far better at doing this kind of thing.
Oh and another thing after going through this entire experience they did do the booking but hey no email confirmation. So I had to call them up again and tell them what was required. Wow so much for professionalism.
And yet another thing, once I SELECTED my flight and put in the credit card details, the transaction failed because someone else BOOKED the same seat!!! Hello, are we really in the web business here. Do they know how to handle concurrency? Take my advice, just avoid this site like the plague.
