Booked a hotel through them for Mahabaleshwar and paid entire thing in advance. But was shocked when upon reaching hotel refused to ever took this booking. Left with no option but to book another hotel at higher price and still awaiting my refund from Travelguru (TGU0001413454).
It’s a website run by thugs and cheats. Avoid or deal to get cheated.
