I had booked a hotel in Delhi for 5 persons on this site an paid th echarges approx Rs 7000 for only two days we get the confirmation from them and we paid the sole amount by card we reach delhi at 1 pm. We get shocked when the hotel persons refused to give us the room as the hotel was completely packed due to auto expo we booked this hotel one month in advance but due to rush they alloted our room at higher rates to other parties and ask us to take the refund we get shocked we try to contact travel guru but they not even attend our call after calling from std and wait for more than 20 minutes on line lastly we request hotel persons they allot us the room in a degraded hotel at same tariff of 2000 per rom per day.
We have no option other than that when we cam, e back we write to travelguru about all this happening but till the date I have not received any mail or courtesy call about that I never recommend this site to book any hotel or flight they have not proper coordination with hotels or airlines an the queue in customer care is very long
