Pathetic, Ridiculous services offered.
Never book anything from this agent.they are complete frauds.Done a reservation on 23rd September, receive a confirmation and after 4 days the so called travelgurus.the service team(they call themselves the Escalation team) - Pranav Koli, Gurmeet and many more such names send a email and call back saying the booked hotel is not available and they will provide an alternate.
The alternate hotel provided by them does not have good reviews on the net and I ask for some other hotel and till date- today 4th Oct I am yet to receive a revert from this fraud company.
Me being in a helpless situation call the customer care number again and happen to speak to Manasi Joshi another Travelguru at 5.30 p who has asked me to wait and confirmed that they will revert by 6.30 pm i.e within an hour which I am sure they wont.
Shitty services.wonder how this kind of company still survives.
