I received a call from travel guru just 1 hr before checking into the booked hotel, stating that my booking is not confirmed. I have paid 100% to travelguru, 1 month in advance.
Don’t understand what they were waiting for to communicate the cancellation status of my booking. Then they offered me a different property, stating that’s its an equivalent one. However, that property is equally pathetic as travelguru.
This would surely be my last booking through travelguru.com.
