Worst Customer Service

We used travelguru to make a booking at amahabaleshwar. they said if u make a booking thro citibank we would get 10% off. there was no sign of the discount.. they said we dint specify the name of the bank!!! what an EXCUSE. when we called the bank to find out how it works... they said every bank has a unique code and it is easy to differentiate.


we were booked in to the Aram lodge - the charge for 1 night was Rs. 4020/- and the room and the service was not even worth rs.1000/-. we wanted to complain immediately... but had no facilities (net/ phone network). we did complain when we finished our trip and we were told that we should have complained to the hotel.
