Travel Guru is a real spoil sport. After 12 days of booking and CONFIRMATION by travel guru site, they send me a mail that the already confirmed accommodation is not available.
The same accommodation I already paid for 12 days back has been reserved by someone else. All this just 5 days before I leave for the trip.And they are NOT even offering me any other place to stay. Very Unprofessional - TravelGuru.
