Don’t go with travelguru
I have booked hotel vaity ropeway resort saputara for weekend from travelguru. I received confirmation mail.But day before of my visit I inquire hotel for my booking..I was shocked by hearing that there is no booking from my name.
I called travelguru customer service and told whole thing.after 8 hours (12 hour before my journey) they called me and said there is some issue with hotel.so you will not get room. I screwed them.and called their head office but nothing happened. They suggested me an alternate hotel which was single star and 15 min away from saputara.
In the end, I had to cancel my booking. I had to make lots of efforts for booking as due to weekend all the hotels were full and this all happened one day before my stay... .
