I had made booking in a hotel called Singaar internation via , Travel Guru for 2 nights 3 days on 09/14/2010 07:33 PM . The stay dates were 14th October to 16th ocober. When I checked into Singaar International Hotel on 14th october , Unfortunately , the hotel staff refused to check in me as there was some confusion and complained that they dint receive any payment I was quite disappointed with this and sent an email to Travel Guru and with the same irritation commented on mouthshut.com.
The customer service personnel from Travelguru, apologised for the inconvenience caused to me . They spoke to the hotel staff and sorted out the matter.The next day , we had planned to go to Kodaikanal for a day stay and had not yet booked any hotel.Therefore , for the confusion caused , they offered me a complimentary stay in one of the hotel.This was really a nice gesture.Over and above , I really appreciate Shailesh , who provided excellent customer support/service.
