On 30th of august I visited to travelguru bangalore
office from chennai. I had given my 12 tickets of air
sahara for cancelations for the refunds at the earliest. I was told that they will get beack to me, but no response yet in part 4 days. why dont they refund the amount imediately.
in last two months I had purchased nearly 90
tickets from travelguru company but now totaly stopped
because of poor responce from this side. my one of the
previous mater is still pending for which I had
already given the details to their staff present there.
on 30th august when I visited travelguru company I was
shocked to see the presentation of the company to its
client. right outside the entrance the security
clearly told us that visitors are not allowed inside.
when I gave my visiting card to him ( I am a travel
agent from chennai ) travelguru companys operation manager
came out and he asked some other fellow to look into the
mater. there was no courtesy shown by any of the staff and standing outside the office itself he took
the documents went inside and after 10 minutes he came
out and gave me the acknowledgement of the tickets.
the acknowledgement was not stamped.
there was no siting arrangement at all outside
your office and we were not allowed to enter inside.
even the outside atmosphere of travelguru office was full of
dust and unmaintained. I cant even believe that it was
the same companys office which is having such a good
website. I was kept 45 minutes standing at outside travelguru office for this whole process.
in past one year I have already visited the
corporate offices of air deccan ( bangalore ), go air
( mumbai ), kingfisher airlines ( mumbai ), make my
trip ( delhi ), indiatimes delhi,
spice jet delhi, raj travels mumbai etc etc and every
where we were given some attention, but at travelguru office
it was realy embrasing that we were not even allowed
to enter their office and no siting arrangement was
there at all.
hope to get my refunds at the earliest for the 12
tickets surrendered on 30th august in person to travelguru staff.
also I requested if the company gets time kindly review my
previous complaint also in which I have to get back 1
refund and refund of rs 2000/- for which already 2
months have passed. moreover this company has refunded one of my cancelation amount only after two months of the surrender of cancelled ticket.
so if your travel is confirmed it is very good but if cancelled we got to run behind these such companies for the refund of our hard earned money.
