Worst online portal I have come across so far. They cheat and harass their customers. Made a booking with them 3 days back, the sales executive assured us that are booking had been CONFIRMED, and if we cancelled before a particular date there would be no cancellation fee several times. An email saying that your booking has been CONFIRMED was sent as soon as the payment was made. 2 days on( time mentioned by them that the resort would take to update their systems) the resorts says we have no booking. For the next 2 days travelguru kept us running in circles saying it will get confirmed.
Finally, today they say that the booking CONFIRMATION is actually a waitlisted assurance and the booking was subject to the hotel’s approval and the cancellation policy was that the cost for one night would be cut. Since then we have been calling them several times, and false promises of someone calling back etc have been made.
Still waiting to see what all one needs to go through to get a refund and a compensation for all the time and money spent to get this done.
