Do not book any hotel through Travelguru. They always cheat people by changing hotel booking at the last moment. I have booked hotel Bella-Vista through them.
First they changed the hotel after some days but when I asked the hotel they denied the booking. I emailed travel-guru many times and they give me false assurance.
When I reached the hotel they denied the booking and after calling to travel-guru they arranged another hotel of very very cheap quality with the same amount of my first booking.
