I have booked a hotel in Jaisalmer through this site. Once booked, I am not able to contact them. I sent them an e-mail a week back but didn’t any reply till now. Right now, I am holding the telephone line since last 30 minutes and listening to some constantly repeating mundane music. If I opt for fresh bookings in their IVR, their officers come on line within 1 second, but for prior bookings, they are not ready to help as they have already got the money.cheap and unethical business policy. If you see this considering that new bookings take atleast 10 times more time than the problems faced on old bookings, it seems that they have placed a single person or no person until someone is free from all other duties in the world.
Do see the cancellation rules for hotel bookings as mostly they have zero refund policy and in case of any change in plan, you will loose all the money paid to them.
Be very careful while doing business with them.
Till now, I have used Yatra.com multiple times(only for flight bookings) and find it really good and hassle free.(please don’t consider this review as a promotion of yatra.I don’t have any personal interest in any of them)
