Plannin to go to consumer court against Travelguru

If a few more sites like travelguru spring up, there will soon be a need for an ombudsman here too.




  • No information regarding booking type(refundable/non refundable) - Trying to hide critical info




  • If you have to cancel a non refundable one you end up losing all the money(how do you know before hand whether the booking is refundable or not)




  • Offers like 30% cashback on mastercard a hogwash. You can check the prices. Even after 30% off they are sometimes higher than other sites for sametime/same flight.




  • Low quality managers/BDMs who do not resolve even escalations.




  • Helpline never picked, emails not answered to.




  • It is an excel sheet based company deviod of systems, only human interventions and human errors. Once you book all the truble is yours coz they are not bothered as they were just interested in the cut that goes to them




  • Another waste travel site that would so be an also ran.
