My well wisher named Dr.Bose and his family asked me to book a room in hyderabad. **Travelguru** people told me that I can prefer this Oyster suites. So I booked a room for my well-wishers.They stayed in Oyster suites in the month of December(13th). No AC in the room even though we booked a room with AC. Water is leaking everywhere.Worst behavior and service by the staff. I suggest everyone please stay away from this hotel. It would bring bad name to the brand Hyderabad.
