TRAVELGURU as the name seems is good and can safely say better then the most of many spring mushroom travel sites on the web..its comfortable to log in and access and info available is adequate , but cud b better and the toll free number is quite reachable at all the times.
I ve booked thru the call centre and as well as the site, i felt executives are quite efficient and informative , and client friendly too and the only part sometimes can be not good is the travel airlines are not complete sometimes., if suppose I want to fly mumbai to delhi , 2-3 airlines are left out and also there are unnecesary via flights info given.which I think cud be difficult and confusing.bcoz there are umpteen number of flights available directly for this sector , why will I take a via , via flight . non regular sectors are fine , as they dont ve direct links .
All in all a pleasant experience till now, , but need to pull up the socks due to tough competition from make mytrip and new entrant yatra.
