I have done hotel bookings for Senthil Residency, Dindigul from Travelguru and booking reference numbers are TGU0002725647 & TGU0002725731
Check-in 26th Feb’16
Today I have received call & email from Travelguru stating booking cannot be confirmed and they are forcing m, e to cancel it.
I need to know how is it possible after making 100% advance payment a booking is cancel/ ignored from any travel portal.
TG FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY EQUIVALENT ALTERNATE HENCE I HAD TO QUIT THIS TRAVEL PLAN AND MEETING INCURRING LOSS IN LACS
I claim for 10 x Times the refund of the booking amount as a compensation+ an apology letter
