Really disappointing first & Last experience that I have had with Travel Guru. From the date of 2 booking made vide reference no.PTGU2100990709 & PTGU2100990715, each day I received a call in the morning by Mr.Sikandar stating he will get the payment collected for the two booking on the same day however no one came or called though out the day. The next day same story is repeated.
On the morning of third day I get a notification that my bookings have been cancelled. If this is the assurance travel guru gives to its customers then let me bring to your kind attention that their services are below the depths of pathetic.
It doesn’t matter if you charged/received the payment or not once a booking was made, They failed to get the payment collected, as a traveler I was assured that my hotel bookings are safe and I don’t have to keep on the lookout for good hotels anymore before they all become available however you(Travel Guru) failed to collect the payment without notifying any reason/alternative and put my plans into jeopardy. This is highly unprofessional and worst customer service ever.
I’ve seen no travel website or agency putting the travel plans of their customers into jeopardy like this without any sense of responsibility and accountability.
