Is There a Rating BELOW ZERO?

I got MY HOTEL booking confirmation on saturday and today after 4 days of my booking I get a cancellation email with an expensive alternate hotel! When I called there customer service guys. A lady spoke to me as if it was my fault that I used there website and that she gives a damn of what I’m suffering.


We generally get this message that the calls are being recorded, I wish they trace this and teach some manners to there representatives. I did not get 1 word of apology. and she put my call on hold for several minutes so that I hang up the call after enough frustration.


Now I get a mail for cancellation which says refund will be processed in 5 days. which means they will keep my money for 10 Days and enjoy the interest! WOW. WE all need to take business lessons from these CHEATERS.!


DISGUST is an Understatement for Travel Guru.
