I had made a booking via Travelguru in Nettle and Ferns for 3 nights in Gangtok. They charged me abruptly and now after 4 days of booking they say they will refund 100% amount when all other good available hotel options have increased by 2000-3000 per day cost.
I want them to refund my amount as well as the compensation for the error done by them. However, they deny that the error is on their part and charging my card today for refunding me only post 15-20 days.
I want my money back with interest and compensation.
