We had booked a room in Mussorie at Mall Road, for 2 nights from 2nd Oct to 4th Oct at Hotel Rama.
Travel Guru has cheated us and is the most unethical online travel booking website ever. The pictures of the hotel show on their website are totally different from how the room actually is. Travelguru charged 5600 rs for 2 nights and booked us for a room which was not worth even 500 rs for 2 nights. The people on their help line are atrocious, the service department is even pathetic, I spoke to their rep named "Arshad" is the most disgusting man on this earth and doesn’t know how to handle customers.
I asked them to refund my money, they told me to send them a mail to their service dept, it has been 3 days now post my sending them a mail, no body from the senior dept or customer retention dept has contacted me.
Please never use their services and these guys should be banned and should be thrown offline. We have suffered tremendous amount of mental and physical trauma due to them and our holidays were ruined.
