Travelguru is really one of the most unprofessional site, they booked a hotel for me and when I reached there hotel staff didn’t allow me to do check-in and when I called Travelguru, they took 2 hours to actually resolve the issue but still I didn’t get the hotel which I booked. They gave me a hotel 15 km away from the planned place. They actually spoiled all my vacation.
I would say better be away from travelguru.
