I booked khana on train 12926 by paying ?/ online , food was to be delivered at Ludhiana at 10.25 hrs, the train was at platform Ludhiana till around 10.55 hrs, ( meantime I contacted their customer service four times, each time was towait). After train left Ludhiana, was told by ms Priti that khana can be delivered at next station Ambala at12 noon and that I have to pay cash for that and the money paid online will be refunded soon (?).And cut the phone. What do I do? I am with my wife, we are senior citizens , sitting hungry and cursing Travel Khana. Don’t ever use this site and if ever you use, Don’t pay online. My order number was 1863568. Pathetic
