1) Over-Punctuality: The cab arrived an hour before it was scheduled. **At 01.00 PM** instead of **02.00 PM** . So had to start this early to avoid paying cancellation or waiting charges.
2) No meter displayed in the car. So there was no question of keeping track of the charges.
3) No obeying of suggestion about shorter routes. Very adamant and rude behavior.
4) No A/C switched on .
5) On the top of all this at the time of getting down the driver charged me for **Rs 350/-** flat saying that it was in all **20 KM** ride, which was is in real a 14 KM ride. As per companies rate card, the first 4 KM is at flag down rate of Rs 80 and later Rs 16 per KM. So the actual charges would have been **[ Rs 80(4KM)+( Rs 16 x 10 KM= 160) ]= Rs 240 only .** It was hard to keep track due to absence of meter in the cab.
Terribly bad experience. Wings Radio Cabs, T-Cabs, Ola Cabs, Genie Cabs are much more worthy than this.
