I have used multiple cab services in many cities & have found Travel Time Pune as the worst ever. I have had 2 instances with bad service.
I booked a cab for 4:30 PM & they confirmed that you will get the cab. NO SMS confirmation received. It was 4:30 PM & no one turned up nor did anyone call back to give status. When I call to check the status, operator tells me that the car had a break down & the next car would take time. They did not bother to even inform in advance or arrange a car as a replacement.
I booked a cab for 10:30 PM for a pick up at Pune Airport. Again no confirmation & the cab did not turn up. When I call them to check the status at 10:45 PM, they told that there is no cab available at this moment & will take time to arrange. This was a very unprofessional behavior shown by the operator as well as the cabs. They never bother to call the customer & give a status of the cabs.
I would never ever book a Travel time cabs in Pune going further & would recommend others to use other cab services.
